Les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires souhaitent \u00e9galement conserver une bonne r\u00e9putation en vue de futures opportunit\u00e9s de financement. Par exemple, le <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/0B-QVTxoYndp3UGk1Tk0zLTFGN1k\/view?usp=sharing&amp;resourcekey=0-5pWkJ3VWMdnVSA_f2hZqAQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Madison Area CLT<\/a> a d\u00fb accorder \u00e0 la ville une restriction sur l&#8217;acte de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 comme condition de financement de la parcelle de conservation de 26 acres \u00e0 Troy Gardens, limitant l&#8217;utilisation du terrain uniquement \u00e0 des fins de conservation et d&#8217;agriculture.
