Coompanion<\/a> a particip\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence Collaborative and Social Building and Living \u00e0 Bor\u00e5s, en Su\u00e8de, et a organis\u00e9 deux s\u00e9minaires sur les CLT. Avec d’autres partenaires concern\u00e9s, ils participent au projet “Local innovation systems around the barriers to idea-based and collaborative housing in Sweden” (Syst\u00e8mes d’innovation locale autour des obstacles aux logements bas\u00e9s sur des id\u00e9es et collaboratifs en Su\u00e8de<\/a>), ax\u00e9 sur des logements abordables et ax\u00e9s sur une mission pour les personnes en situation de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. Ce projet est dirig\u00e9 par l’universit\u00e9 de G\u00f6teborg et cofinanc\u00e9 par FORMAS, un conseil su\u00e9dois de la recherche pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable. Entre autres activit\u00e9s, ils ont examin\u00e9 comment les CLT pourraient \u00eatre introduits en Su\u00e8de. <\/p>\n\n

En Su\u00e8de, le concept de Community Land Trust est largement m\u00e9connu, mais il rec\u00e8le un potentiel inexploit\u00e9. Par exemple, CLT Brussels (l’un des orateurs de la conf\u00e9rence) montre que les co\u00fbts du logement dans un contexte europ\u00e9en peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9duits d’environ 40 % gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette approche. Le projet a \u00e9galement accueilli Lars Arell, des bureaux du gouvernement su\u00e9dois, dans le cadre d’une table ronde ; il est conseiller principal au minist\u00e8re des affaires rurales et de l’infrastructure et participe \u00e0 l’exploration d’une nouvelle “egnahemsr\u00f6relse<\/a>” su\u00e9doise (mouvement d’autoconstruction, y compris le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles cit\u00e9s-jardins). La m\u00e9thode CLT fonctionne aussi bien pour les maisons individuelles que pour les logements locatifs. Elle pourrait donc s’av\u00e9rer utile dans le cadre de cette enqu\u00eate gouvernementale. Les autres principaux intervenants \u00e9taient Axel K\u00f6psell, qui travaille avec la Stiftung Trias (Allemagne), et Britt Jurgensen, de Homebaked CLT (Royaume-Uni). <\/p>\n\n

Pr\u00e9sentation de Markgemenskap<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Lors de la conf\u00e9rence, le projet a lanc\u00e9 le terme su\u00e9dois “Markgemenskap” afin de faciliter la communication sur les CLT et les formes connexes de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 fonci\u00e8re \u00e0 but social et non lucratif. Ce domaine rec\u00e8le un potentiel important de capture de la valeur fonci\u00e8re pour l’innovation sociale, qui est actuellement sous-utilis\u00e9 en Su\u00e8de. Pour promouvoir les progr\u00e8s dans ce contexte, le projet a estim\u00e9 qu’il \u00e9tait important d’avoir un terme su\u00e9dois. Un rapport en su\u00e9dois, destin\u00e9 aux praticiens, sera publi\u00e9 avant la fin de l’ann\u00e9e pour aider ceux qui souhaitent travailler dans ce domaine. <\/p>\n\n

Voici un court m\u00e9trage<\/a> sur l’approche CLT (exemple am\u00e9ricain, principalement en anglais) pour les acteurs su\u00e9dois.<\/p>\n\n
