{"id":11790,"date":"2026-03-25T00:38:14","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T00:38:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cltweb.org\/organizer\/projet-clt-dans-une-favela\/"},"modified":"2026-03-25T00:38:14","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T00:38:14","slug":"projet-clt-dans-une-favela","status":"publish","type":"tribe_organizer","link":"https:\/\/www.cltweb.org\/fr\/organisateur\/projet-clt-dans-une-favela\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet CLT dans une favela"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le projet Favela Community Land Trust (Favela-CLT) est n\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt 2018, peu apr\u00e8s que la ville de Rio de Janeiro a connu la plus grande vague d&#8217;expulsions de son histoire. \u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, quelque 80 000 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expuls\u00e9es de leur logement, justifi\u00e9es par la pr\u00e9tendue n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer la ville aux m\u00e9ga-\u00e9v\u00e9nements qui y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s, en particulier les Jeux olympiques de 2016. L&#8217;ampleur de cette politique d&#8217;expulsion, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 un processus d&#8217;embourgeoisement qui a touch\u00e9 un certain nombre de favelas, a mis en \u00e9vidence l&#8217;incapacit\u00e9 des instruments fonciers existants \u00e0 garantir la permanence des r\u00e9sidents dans leurs espaces.
