Esse trabalho cresce por meio da conex\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n<p>Esta campanha de final de ano, <em>Land for People, Not for Profit<\/em>, \u00e9 a nossa maneira de celebrar essa conex\u00e3o. Nas pr\u00f3ximas sete semanas, compartilharemos hist\u00f3rias de todas as iniciativas do Centro CLT: hist\u00f3rias de como estamos trabalhando com parceiros para conectar pessoas, compartilhar conhecimento e apoiar o movimento global CLT. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-building-the-infrastructure-for-a-global-movement\"><strong>Criando a infraestrutura para um movimento global<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Nossa fun\u00e7\u00e3o no CLT Center \u00e9 simples: <strong>apoiar as pessoas e as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que est\u00e3o impulsionando esse movimento. <\/strong>Conectamos profissionais al\u00e9m das fronteiras, compartilhamos ferramentas e conhecimentos e ajudamos a tornar vis\u00edveis as in\u00fameras maneiras pelas quais as comunidades est\u00e3o administrando a terra e preservando a acessibilidade de edif\u00edcios residenciais e n\u00e3o residenciais para o bem comum.<\/p>\n\n<p>Este ano, esse trabalho assumiu muitas formas: parcerias com redes regionais, novas publica\u00e7\u00f5es por meio da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cltweb.org\/pt-br\/sobre-nos\/diretoria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Terra Nostra Press<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/worldcltday.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World CLT Day<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLmjDAEylHA2l0MRcVLeuX2EwVi0SAdTYt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">workshops de aprendizagem entre pares sobre justi\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLmjDAEylHA2kISGhEwUDQMt9SJ8mv5ByE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sess\u00f5es de treinamento sobre CLTs no Sul Global<\/a>, ambos os quais est\u00e3o expandindo a conversa sobre a propriedade coletiva da terra em locais com maior risco de deslocamento devido \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cada um desses esfor\u00e7os compartilha o mesmo objetivo: fortalecer os relacionamentos e o conhecimento que possibilitam o controle comunit\u00e1rio de longo prazo da terra e dos ativos baseados na terra.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-s-ahead\"><strong>O que vem pela frente<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Nas pr\u00f3ximas semanas, destacaremos hist\u00f3rias de todas as nossas iniciativas:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cltweb.org\/pt-br\/2025\/11\/17\/clts-e-acao-climatica-um-movimento-crescente-para-uma-transicao-justa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Semana 2 &#8211; Justi\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica:<\/a><\/strong> Como os CLTs est\u00e3o respondendo \u00e0 crise clim\u00e1tica com criatividade e a\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cltweb.org\/pt-br\/2025\/11\/21\/dia-mundial-da-clt-uma-celebracao-global-de-solidariedade\/\">Semana 3 &#8211; Dia Mundial da CLT:<\/a><\/strong> Comemorando a solidariedade global.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cltweb.org\/pt-br\/2025\/11\/28\/dia-mundial-da-clt-uma-celebracao-global-de-solidariedade-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Semana 4 &#8211; Solidariedade:<\/a><\/strong> Os colaboradores que tornam este trabalho poss\u00edvel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cltweb.org\/2025\/12\/07\/listening-learning-building-global-south-initiative\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Semana 5 &#8211; Sul Global:<\/a><\/strong> Comunidades redefinindo a administra\u00e7\u00e3o da terra por meio de aprendizado m\u00fatuo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cltweb.org\/pt-br\/2025\/12\/08\/terra-nostra-press-e-a-memoria-do-movimento-clt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Semana 6 &#8211; Uma biblioteca viva para um movimento global:<\/a><\/strong> O papel da <em>Terra Nostra Press<\/em> e de nossa biblioteca na preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da mem\u00f3ria do movimento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Semana 7 &#8211; Ano em an\u00e1lise:<\/strong> Reflex\u00f5es sobre o que constru\u00edmos juntos e para onde estamos indo em seguida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-now\"><strong>Por que agora?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00c0 medida que o ano se encerra, somos lembrados de que a for\u00e7a desse movimento n\u00e3o est\u00e1 em nenhuma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, mas em indiv\u00edduos como voc\u00ea, que acreditam que a terra deve servir \u00e0s pessoas e ao planeta, e n\u00e3o ao lucro.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cada workshop, publica\u00e7\u00e3o e parceria que compartilhamos este ano foi poss\u00edvel gra\u00e7as a essa cren\u00e7a coletiva e ao apoio de voc\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Junte-se a n\u00f3s nas pr\u00f3ximas sete semanas para refletirmos sobre um ano de aprendizado, colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e impacto.
