Rondo Community Land Trust (CLT) is a community based affordable housing and commercial land trust operating in St. Paul and wider Ramsey and Dakota Counties in Minnesota. Advancing a place-based approach to community wealth building, Rondo CLT partners with residents to secure land, prevent displacement, and create permanently affordable spaces for housing, small businesses, and cultural life. By holding land in trust for community benefit, Rondo CLT ensure that neighborhood growth strengthens the people who call it home.
