Blue Door – Land Trust Housing Development Manager: Blue Door is a not-for-profit registered charitable agency governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. We have been an integral part of our community providing essential emergency shelter services since 1982. Blue Door’s mission is to support people who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness to attain and retain affordable housing. Reporting to the Director, Affordable and Transitional Housing, the Housing Development Manager, Land Trust will be responsible for the establishment and ongoing operations of the Housing for All Land Trust, a program initiated by Blue Door. The incumbent will play a key role in establishing the land trusts operations, asset management as well as acquisition, efforts to ensure the land trust amasses and preserves a portfolio of affordable housing assets in perpetuity.

Burlington Community Land Trust (North Carolina) – Executive Director: Burlington Community Land Trust is a nonprofit, community-based organization designed to promote affordable housing and facilitate community development. BCLT works primarily to ensure long-term housing affordability by placing land into trust and creating homeownership opportunities for low-income households. Our mission is to promote sustainable and resilient communities and equitable opportunities for homeownership through the development and support of permanent affordable housing in under-resourced neighborhoods. The Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief executive officer of the organization, responsible for overall leadership, strategic vision, financial management, and program development. The ED works closely with the Board of Directors and community stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission and ensure operational excellence.
Champlain Housing Trust – Associate Director of Educational Programs: The Associate Director of Education Programs (ADEP) will lead CHT’s education and counseling programming in consultation with the Home Ownership Director (Director) and CHT leadership to support organizational goals and meet community needs. This position will create a positive and collaborative team with a strong focus on accountability, professionalism, community, quality programming, and a growth mindset that encourages ongoing learning and development. The ADEP will maintain a strong focus on programs’ financial sustainability and regulatory compliance, establishing and enforcing quality control measures and identifying and pursuing new funding sources and opportunities in consultation and collaboration with the Director and CHT leadership as appropriate. A strong business acumen is required.

Community Farmland Trust – Agricultural Land Acquisitions Contractor: We are seeking a part-time contractor to support our farmland preservation efforts. This contracted position involves working with CFLT Board of Directors and staff to develop policies and protocols governing the acquisition and stewardship of fee title farmland and agricultural conservation easements to further CFLT’s mission. The contractor will collaborate regularly with CFLT Board and staff and will maintain consistent, transparent
communication throughout.
Community Land Trust Association of West Marin – Senior Development Director: The Senior Development Director will lead all fundraising efforts for CLAM. This includes designing and implementing annual giving campaigns, membership drives, donor cultivation, grant support, and special fundraising initiatives.
Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative – Director of Sustainable Development: Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) seeks a mission-driven, sustainability-minded Director of Sustainable Development to steward one of the nation’s most successful urban community land trusts. Dudley Neighbors, Inc. (DNI) is the community land trust established by DSNI to realize the neighborhood’s vision for development without displacement. Managing more than 30 acres of land, DNI oversees 226 affordable homes, a community farm, green spaces, playgrounds, and commercial areas. As steward of this community-owned land, DNI is committed to promoting long-term affordability, environmental stewardship, climate resilience, and equitable access to resources. The Director of Sustainable Development will guide property management, sustainable development initiatives, resident stewardship efforts and help strengthen resident participation in shaping the neighborhood’s future.
Home Trust of Ouray County – Development Director: The Development Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all fundraising and donor engagement activities for Home Trust of Ouray County. This role drives the organization’s revenue strategy by cultivating strong donor relationships, securing major gifts and grants, expanding business sponsorships, and building long-term financial sustainability for HTOC’s affordable and attainable housing programs. Working closely with the Executive Director and the Board Fundraising Committee, the Development Director leads philanthropic strategy, grows donor support, strengthens community visibility, and ensures consistent donor stewardship. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, proactive outreach, excellent follow-through, and the ability to communicate HTOC’s mission in compelling ways.
Northern California Land Trust – Director of Real Estate Development: Founded in 1973, NCLT is California’s oldest community land trust, headquartered in Berkeley. NCLT develops, stewards, and protects permanently affordable housing and community facilities, partnering with CLTs, municipalities, CDFIs, and other aligned organizations to advance housing justice. The Director is part of NCLT’s senior management team and reports directly to the Executive Director. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day work, providing guidance to ensure high-quality outcomes consistent with NCLT’s standards and industry best practices, and contributing to NCLT’s reporting requirements (internal, board, lender, and regulatory reporting).
Richmond LAND – Community Engagement Manager: RLAND is looking for a Community Engagement Manager to take leadership in all of our outreach, communications and membership activities. SFCLT is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Major Gifts Officer to build and sustain a strong pipeline of high-capacity donors. This position plays a pivotal role in expanding SFCLT’s individual giving program by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts of $5,000 and above.
