Foncier Solidaire France (FSF) is the national network representing Organismes de Foncier Solidaire, non-profit organizations that promote affordable, long-term homeownership. By separating land ownership from housing, they use the Bail Réel Solidaire (BRS) mechanism to sell homes to low-income households at below-market prices.
